Local tax
On 1 January 2014, a local tax was introduced in South Tyrol, the proceeds of which are used for the maintenance and development of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organisation of cultural and sporting events. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax. The tax is payable on departure and will be shown separately on the invoice.

- You will receive from us a Mobilcard for free use of all public transport in the region.
- Our guests receive a 50% discount on the chairlift to the nearby Marinzen alpine pasture.
- Bicycle storage available.
- Ski racks and boot warmers are available.
- We are open all year round.
Reservations
Please make your reservation in writing. Please understand that we are unable to confirm specific flat numbers. Your reservation is binding upon receipt of a deposit of approximately 1/3 of the rental price.

Booking and cancellation policy
Reservations are binding upon receipt of a confirmation/cancellation deposit of approximately 1/3 of the rental price.
There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Act (notification according to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Act (GvD 206/2005)), but we offer you the following conditions:
- For cancellations up to 61 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees will be charged.
- For cancellations between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival, 40%; between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival, 80%; and thereafter 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, the entire reserved period will be charged for.
Payment methods
The following methods of payment are accepted: cash, non-transferable cheque, bank transfer (up to 5 days before departure).
Arrival and departure
Your flat will normally be ready for you by midday.
On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the flat by 09.30 am.
Late check-out: occupancy until 07.00 pm. €50.00 per flat (booking of late check-out in advance is not possible, agreement only on site!).
Non-smoking holiday flat
The 3-star Superior Residence Montana is a non-smoking residence. We kindly ask our guests to smoke only on the balcony, terrace or in the garden.
Pets policy
Pets are not allowed in our residence. Thank you for your understanding.
